Pick one area of your life that’s been messy lately (health, work, finances, faith, relationships, focus). Then do 3 small actions today that support the same goal.
Examples:
Health: drink water + 15-minute walk + no sugary drink today
Work: finish one overdue task + clean your workspace for 5 minutes + plan tomorrow’s top 3
Faith: read 10 verses + short prayer + send encouragement to one person
At the end of the day, write one sentence: “The whole improved today because I did ___, ___, and ___.”
